We are excited to let you know about a Health Insurance Policy accepted by Thai Immigration that we've recently added to our distribution portfolio. 
 
In accordance with the Cabinet Resolution, dated 2 April B.E. 2562 (2019), starting from 31st October 2019, foreigners who wish to apply for Non-Immigrant Visa “O-A” (1 Year Visa) are required to submit the proof of health insurance that covers the whole duration of stay in Thailand. Individual Health Insurance for a Long Stay Visa. 
  • The health insurance policy provided coverage starts at THB 400,000 per policy per year for Inpatient
  • THB 40,000 per policy per year for Outpatient. 
  • Insurance certificate as the key evidence for Visa application, (after completed purchase of a health insurance policy).
  • Data automatically uploaded to the TGIA’s portal database
  • Customary and reasonable medical charges will be eligible after full deductible limit on the selected plan 
  • Entry age up to 75 years old and Renewal to age 100 years. 
  • Simplified application process, in most cases no medical examination required
  • Premiums start from THB 3,900 per year

We are pleased to announce the latest addition to the FNG Associates portfolio The Urban Village Loan Note provided and secured by Urban Village Capital Ltd part of the Urban Village Group (UVG). 

UVG generates funding to finance real estate developments that meet stringent investment criteria. Funding comes from a range of sources. The aim is to deliver returns for investors that consistently out-perform market trends. UVG develop PRS, Student, Care homes and Supported living schemes across the UK and have a stabilized portfolio of £194m of completed developments.
 
UV Cap1 is a diversified fund, with the investment spread across multiple developments across the UK. The money raised will be used to part fund the construction of new developments, with senior debt bought in to complete the development. Over the course of the 5 year investment, the funds will be used on multiple developments.

The holding companies of UVC have also provided a corporate guarantee for the purpose of providing credit support to the Company for the Company’s obligations under the Loan Note instrument.
